Beginner Series

This beginner series is designed to take the fear out of attending yoga classes. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have spent many years on your mat, this series is for you. Over the course of 8 weeks we will cover step-by-step instructions for Sun Salutations, seated poses, hip openers, standing/balancing poses, as well as the importance of breath.

Let me help you take your body and practice to the next level by keeping you safe and supported. 

Cost: $75 for 8 weeks

Prenatal
Sunday - 4:15pm - 5:15pm

Class Description: 

This class is designed to guide you gracefully through meditation, breathing, and movement specialized for the prenatal body and mind. This series is designed to both nurture and challenge you. Prenatal yoga will inspire trust in your birthing journey while providing an open community to discuss what you are experiencing. You'll benefit from much needed relaxation, while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. Empower and inspire yourself for birth, bond with baby, and meet other mamas in your community!

Flow
Sunday - 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Class Description:

Flow is a steady pace where movement is used to create heat in the body. The muscles will elongate and lengthen with prolonged practice and you will increase your lung capacity.

Yin
Sunday - 6:45pm - 8:00pm

Class Description:

Yin is a slow class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes with the intention of stretching deep into the connective tissue of the muscles. The result of a Yin practice is better range of motion, openness in the hips and more steady, balanced breath.
